VoxBot AI (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through voxbotai.com and how we use it. You can contact us at contact@voxbotai.com.
Information we collect
- Emails and messages you send us. If you email us or book a demo, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us.
- Demo bookings. If you book a free demo through our scheduling provider, Calendly, they collect the details you enter and share them with us.
- Demo calls with Tamsin. If you use the “Call Tamsin” button, your voice is sent to our AI voice provider, Retell AI, so that Tamsin can hear and respond to you. Your microphone is only used after you click the button and give your browser permission. Calls may be recorded or transcribed to help us run and improve the service. Please do not share sensitive personal or medical details on the demo call.
- Website visit statistics. We use Jetpack to see general information such as which pages are viewed. This does not identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange demos.
- To run, test and improve our services, including Tamsin.
